Josie Peach is the Group Account Director, Individual Giving at Donor Republic, one of Australia’s leading fundraising agencies. With more than 16 years’ experience across the for-purpose sector, Josie specialises in building donor-led fundraising strategies that create long-term growth, deeper supporter connection, and meaningful impact for charities.

Throughout her career, Josie has worked across acquisition, retention, regular giving, mid-value, gifts in wills, digital fundraising and donor journeys for some of Australia and New Zealand’s most recognised charities. She is known for combining strategic thinking with strong storytelling and a practical understanding of what motivates donors to give, stay and grow.

A passionate advocate for the fundraising sector, Josie regularly speaks at industry conferences and events on topics including donor experience, campaign strategy, innovation, and the future of Individual Giving. She is Deputy Chair of the Board at Australian Refugee Association and also serves on the Fundraising Institute Australia South Australia Committee, where she helps shape conversations around the future of fundraising and sector leadership.
