She specialises in developing fundraising strategies, conducting donor research that generates actionable insights, and helping charities drive sustainable income growth.

Ruth has worked with organisations of all sizes, from building fundraising programs from the ground up to leading multi-million-dollar strategies for international NGOs, including eight years at Amnesty International Australia. She now partners with charities to translate evidence and supporter insight into clear strategic direction, stronger donor experiences and deeper, more meaningful supporter relationships.

Ruth also serves on the board of Wayside Chapel and is a regular speaker at national and international fundraising conferences. She is passionate about elevating the standard of professional fundraising and helping organisations achieve lasting impact.
