Cassandra has a background across advertising, media, and senior operations in the corporate, NFP, and philanthropy sectors. As Development Director at Country Arts SA, she leads philanthropy, revenue growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and brand positioning for SA’s largest regional arts organisation. Her work includes building and sustaining partnerships across government, corporate, philanthropic, and community sectors, and guiding the growth of the Country Arts Foundation. Having worked across both ends of the sector, from an established 150-year-old organisation in RSPCA South Australia to a newly formed Foundation environment with limited resources, she brings practical insight to establishing fundraising practices that supports organisational outcomes.
