After returning to Tasmania in 2019, Jane was introduced to Advancement when she accepted a job at the Hutchins School in Hobart. This incredible experience quickly transpired into a newfound love of all things philanthropic. For nearly three years she relished in the excitement, challenge and joy of working with a small advancement team to raise significant funds for the school and students.
However, an opportunity arose for Jane to consider applying for a new position at the University of Tasmania. The role was to manage the recently reactivated Gifts in Wills program.

It has been four years since Jane accepted the position of Philanthropy Manager: Bequests/Gifts in Wills - and she continues to love every moment.
When she is not consumed with all things Gifts in Wills, Jane likes to run, read, study and play classical piano (although she really should practice more).
