Most AI sessions in 2026 will focus on what's possible. This one is about what actually happened. Working closely with WA fundraisers and their organisations, we've been testing how AI is being used in practice: the tools teams are experimenting with, the workflows that have genuinely saved time, and the moments where the technology fell short or created new risks. This session shares honest findings from that experience, including where AI has helped with tasks like content creation and communications, where it still requires heavy human oversight, and what that means for organisations built on trust.
