With more than 20 years' experience in the for-purpose sector, Lauren Shepherd CFRE is a Senior Consultant with Xponential, where she partners with organisations to strengthen major gifts programs, build fundraising capability and prepare for transformational campaigns. Working both as an in-house fundraising leader and consultant throughout her career, Lauren has helped organisations build sustainable fundraising programs and secure significant philanthropic support. Her experience spans major gifts, philanthropic grants, corporate partnerships, capital and capacity campaigns and donor engagement across health, medical research, disability, education, animal welfare and community services. A practical and relationship-focused fundraiser, she is passionate about helping organisations move from donor insight to meaningful philanthropic partnerships. Lauren serves on the FIA WA State Committee and is committed to strengthening the fundraising profession through mentoring, collaboration and sector leadership.
