Gareth Shanthikumar is the co-founder and board member of Man Up WA, which he established in 2019 with a vision to redefine masculinity for the next generation. Having navigated his own mental health challenges and wrestled with questions of identity and self-worth as a young man, Gareth knows firsthand what is at stake when boys are left without the tools to make sense of those experiences. That personal understanding drives everything he builds. A health and wellness coach and keynote speaker, he works in the online coaching and social media space helping people transform their health and life through a mindset-first approach. Recently, he was named 2026 WA Young Australian of the Year alongside Dr Haseeb Riaz.
