Jennifer Birks is the Chief Marketing, Fundraising and Development Officer at Foodbank NSW & ACT, where she leads marketing, fundraising and community engagement functions to support food security and social impact across NSW and the ACT. She brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience in the for-purpose sector, with a background in corporate marketing and relationship management before transitioning into not for profit leadership driven by purpose and impact.

Throughout her career, Jen has held senior fundraising leadership roles with organisations including Cancer Council NSW, Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, Children’s Hospital Foundation and Foodbank. Her experience spans fundraising, philanthropy, brand, partnerships, marketing and community engagement, with a strong focus on building collaborative, high performing teams to support long term mission impact.
