Megan started her career at The Heart Foundation and has since built on this experience with more than five years at More Strategic/Ignte — working with leading Australian charities to design data-led supporter journeys that deepen relationships and drive long-term value. She uses real supporter behaviour to help charities focus on the right people at the right moments.

With a strong interest in Gifts in Wills, Megan champions research and innovation to grow this area of fundraising across the sector. In 2023, she was named an F&P Mover & Shaker for her pioneering work using Facebook Challenges to engage the next generation of supporters.
