Ross Imbler is Advancement Services Manager at the University of Canterbury, a CFRE Ambassador, and has more than 15 years’ experience across advancement services, fundraising operations, CRM and data management, donor communications, process improvement and AI-enabled workflow design.
His work sits at the practical intersection of fundraising, data and technology: helping teams improve how they manage information, support donor engagement, reduce manual processes, strengthen reporting and make better use of the systems they already have.
