Rach is a marketing professional with more than 20 years’ experience working across some of the most iconic brands in their categories, spanning a range of industries and business types. Her experience covers all facets of end-to-end marketing management, including brand strategy, campaign and activity development, digital and social marketing, website development and management, collateral development and event management.

In 2018, Rach made the move into the not-for-profit sector, bringing a commercial marketing lens to purpose-led communications. In 2022, she took on the combined marketing and fundraising functions for the Cat Protection Society of Victoria, Victoria’s largest shelter dedicated to caring for and rehoming cats in need.

In this solo-resourced role, Rach leads CPSV’s brand, communications, fundraising appeals, donor engagement and media activity, with a focus on growing awareness, strengthening supporter relationships and positioning CPSV as the voice for cats in Victoria.
