I have worked in the nonprofit sector for 10 years now, and worked with health promotion and health community-centered engagement. Completing my diploma in professional fundraising through FIA in 2025.
I am currently the Community Engagement Lead at Life Flight Australia, the rescue helicopter service that delivers emergency care across regional and remote communities. I'm passionate about building connection and deep relationships that bring authentic results.
My work centres on bringing people into the heart of the mission, not just as supporters, but as partners. Over the past year, I've shifted from digital-first outreach to intentionally nurturing real, one-on-one relationships and empowering local ambassadors. This approach has deepened trust, extended reach, and created a more connected, active community.
