Hazel Grunwaldt is a passionate fundraising leader with over 25 years’ experience in fundraising. As Head of Philanthropy & Donor Engagement at Camp Quality, Hazel drives the organisation’s Major Giving, Bequests, Individual Giving, Trusts and Foundations and donor engagement strategies, ensuring supporters feel deeply connected to the difference they make.
With extensive experience in philanthropy, relationship management, and strategic fundraising, Hazel has worked in most areas of fundraising throughout her career. She is dedicated to ensuring she is across sector best practice and always happy to answer a call or email from a fellow fundraiser.
At Camp Quality, Hazel plays a key role in enabling programs that bring positivity, fun, and vital support to kids impacted by cancer and their families. She is inspired every day by the resilience of children she meets through her role - and the generosity of their amazing donors who make this work possible.
Hazel is currently the Chair of the FIA Victoria State Committee.
