Nicolle Edwards is the award-winning Founder and CEO of RizeUp Australia, a national organisation supporting victim-survivors as they rebuild their lives after domestic and family violence.
Since founding RizeUp in 2015, Nicolle has walked alongside thousands of victim-survivors, helping them move from crisis into safety through fully furnished homes, essential goods, and health and wellbeing supports that restore dignity and stability.

A nationally recognised community leader, Nicolle leads a movement of over 1,600 volunteers across Australia and works closely with corporate, government and community partners to drive practical, trauma-informed change.

Fiercely purpose-driven, Nicolle believes safety is a right, not a privilege — and through RizeUp, she is helping entire communities rise together.
