Erin has spent her entire career in fundraising, starting with the launch of Oxfam Trailwalker in Brisbane before moving through generalist roles at small-but-mighty organisations, working across Community Fundraising, Direct Mail, Lotteries and everything in between. In 2020, she joined RFDS Queensland and has played a key role in growing the organisation’s supporter base through best-practice regular giving and digital programs. Now, as the General Manager – Fundraising, Erin leads a team of 13 across acquisition, retention, and peer-to-peer and community fundraising. As a passionate advocate for professionalism in the sector, Erin achieved her CFRE and was named a Fundraising & Philanthropy Magazine Mover & Shaker in 2024. Erin currently serves as a member of the FIA QLD Committee where she enjoys engaging with fundraisers of all stages of their career and was recognised as a Fellow of FIA in 2026.
