Kat Ritchie is a strategic partnerships leader with 20 years' experience spanning both the corporate and for-purpose sectors.

As Partnerships Manager at the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section), Kat leads the partnerships team and is responsible for developing and managing major corporate partnerships and acquisition strategies at both a State and National level. She is passionate about creating shared value for partners to enable essential healthcare service delivery to regional, rural and remote communities across Australia.

Prior to joining the for-purpose sector, Kat held senior commercial, business development and leadership roles within Australia's FMCG industry. This experience provides her with a unique perspective on what organisations seek from partnerships and the factors that drive long-term engagement, retention and investment.
