Ruth Wicks is a Senior Strategic Consultant at More Strategic with more than 25 years of fundraising experience across the UK and Australia. She has worked with organisations of all sizes — from building fundraising programs from the ground up to leading multi-million-dollar strategies for international NGOs, including eight years at Amnesty International Australia.

Ruth now partners with charities to develop insight-led fundraising strategies, strengthen donor experience and drive sustainable income growth. She also serves on the board of Wayside Chapel. A regular speaker at national and international fundraising conferences, Ruth is passionate about elevating the standard of professional fundraising and helping organisations create deeper, more meaningful supporter relationships.
