With a career spanning over 4 decades in the food industry, Bill has forged valuable relationships across the supply chain: from farmers and growers to suppliers, customers, distributors and retailers.

His family-owned business Rinoldi is one of Australia’s longest established food manufacturers, with 2 manufacturing sites in VIC and another 2 in NSW, including Australia’s oldest operating coop flour Mill in Young, and a portfolio of award-winning brands like Vetta Pasta and Byron Bay Cookies.

Bill prides himself on Rinoldi’s social responsibility footprint, something that is close to his heart. From being Foodbank’s first Collaborative Supply Partner to donating over $1 million dollars to Rural Aid, Bill believes that every business has a responsibility to give back and support the greater community.
