She has over 20 years of experience spanning multi-generational family business consulting, establishment and growth of not-for-profits, a strong track record in partnership and stakeholder engagement, and after four years in national and state-based roles at Philanthropy Australia has a broad and unique perspective on the eco-system.
Kim is passionate about building strong, connected, sustainable communities and supporting the philanthropic visions of individuals and organisations across Australia. She leads the Philanthropy Australia's Arts Funders Peer Network and serves on the board of Rosies – Friends on the Street, a charity providing support and acceptance to people experiencing homelessness.
