Michelle Barber is Fundraising Campaigns Lead at the Royal Flying Doctor Service (WA), bringing more than a decade of digital marketing experience from leading UK agencies into the world of fundraising. Since moving to Australia in 2018, she has combined data-driven digital strategy with fundraising best practice to drive supporter engagement and revenue growth. Since joining RFDS in 2025, Michelle has led two Flying Doctor Day appeals, helping raise more than $3.5 million to support essential healthcare services across regional and remote Australia.
