For 7 years, Clara worked as a Face-to-Face fundraiser across D2D, events and street locations in Perth, speaking to thousands of people and learning what really makes someone stop, listen and choose to donate. Working with local and international charities, she gained first-hand insight into donor behaviour, retention and what separates successful fundraising programs from the ones that struggle.

Since April 2025, Clara has drawn on her extensive field experience in her role as Acquisition & Quality Manager at Cornucopia Consultancy, managing teams, onboarding fundraisers and driving donor quality and KPIs.
