Beginning in the electrical industry, I founded and ran my own company delivering residential to commercial projects, before moving into Queensland's mining sector. I later contributed to the development of several driving schools, in addition to establishing and owning my own in Brisbane for over a decade. I have focused on governance, stakeholder engagement and policy development within driver training industry, working closely with government and private stakeholders. I am currently the Queensland Manager for The Salvation Army's "Drive for Life program", overseeing its expansion to help vulnerable youth throughout Queensland obtain their licence.
