Emma is an emerging-career fundraiser with an already diverse background spanning volunteer management, community fundraising, and mid-value donor development. This multi-disciplinary foundation gives her a unique perspective on the supporter journey, allowing her to bridge the gap between grassroots passion and higher-value giving. Emma is especially fascinated by what makes people step up for a cause, a genuine interest in the sector that recently earned her the Joan and Ted Flack Scholarship.
