Brent has worked across small and large not-for-profit organisations. At Novita, he brought together strong leadership and relationship management skills with deep fundraising expertise to support 926% growth in fundraising bottom line over five years.

Today Brent is at Donor Republic, one of Australia and New Zealand's leading creative fundraising agencies. As Group Account Director - Individual Giving he leads a team delivering fundraising strategy and campaign support to charity clients across cash and regular giving, Gifts in Wills, proposition development, stewardship, acquisition and retention.

He has recently stepped into a newly created role as Director of AI, Education and Data, leading the agency's AI strategy, platform governance, data strategy and AI education. It is a natural next step for someone who has always tied innovation back to the thing that matters most: raising more for the causes that change lives.
