John is a Co-Founder and Non-Profit Solutions Director at LavaBox, a Salesforce transformation consultancy working across Australia and New Zealand. John leads LavaBox’s nonprofit practice, working with organisations across fundraising, supporter engagement, health and social services, grantmaking and broader CRM transformation. He works closely with nonprofit leaders from early strategy and business case development through to solution design and delivery, with a particular focus on ensuring technology transformation delivers practical improvements for organisations, their teams and the communities they serve.
