Tessa is Group Account Director – Philanthropy & Partnerships at Donor Republic, leading a team of expert relationship fundraising professionals to support organisations with their major gift, corporate partnership and campaign aspirations. Tessa has more than a decade of experience assisting organisations and working in-organisation to execute major gift and campaign strategic planning and execution.

As Senior Manager for the $75 million Powerhouse Parramatta Campaign, she contributed to building partnerships $70 million worth of donor and corporate partnerships to fund Powerhouse initiatives.

Tessa is Co-Chair of the Australian Philanthropy Network, has served as Fundraising Institute Australia NSW Committee Chair, and was named 2020 FIA NSW Young Fundraiser of the Year.
