We are looking for the next emerging fundraising voices to take to the stage at the 2027 FIA Conference.

Myth Smashers is one of the Conference’s most popular sessions, giving new and emerging talent the opportunity to share their ideas, challenge conventional thinking and show the sector what they have to offer.

Presented in conjunction with More Strategic and SOFII, it is fast paced, energetic and designed to put fresh fundraising voices in the spotlight. 

We particularly welcome applications and ideas from people with diverse lived experience, as well as topics that explore diversity, equity and inclusion.
FIA is committed to ensuring our Conference reflects the diversity of our membership and fundraising communities and to supporting fundraisers as they navigate a changing social and political environment.
