The FIA Conference Scholarship provides an opportunity for FIA Members who may otherwise be unable to attend the Conference due to financial circumstances.
Six scholarships will be awarded, with each scholarship covering the cost of a full FIA Conference member registration ($1630). Scholarship recipients are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and any additional expenses associated with attending the Conference.
FIA Conference brings together fundraising professionals from across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand for three days of learning, professional development, networking and connection. The scholarship program aims to make this experience more accessible to FIA Members who would benefit from attending but may not otherwise have the financial means to do so.
Before you apply
Please review the eligibility requirements carefully before beginning your application. Applicants will be asked to provide information about their FIA membership and organisation, explain what they hope to gain from attending FIA Conference 2027, and outline the anticipated benefits and outcomes for themselves and their organisation. We will also ask for a referral letter which outlines benefits and outcomes of attending.
Only five scholarships are available for FIA Conference 2027. We encourage applicants to clearly demonstrate how attending the Conference would support their professional development and create meaningful benefits for their organisation.
