To ensure you have maximum exposure to conference delegates, the following steps have been taken:

  • The exhibition will open on Wednesday, before the Opening Plenary
  • The official Welcome Reception will be held in the exhibition hall on Wednesday evening
  • A light stand-up breakfast will be held in the exhibition before sessions on Thursday and Friday
  • Breaks including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be held in the exhibition on Thursday and Friday (Note: no afternoon tea will be held on Friday)
  • Catering and networking areas have been spread around the exhibition hall to ensure maximum traffic flow

Fundraising professionals who are unable to attend the full conference will have the opportunity to visit the exhibition, free of charge (access only to the exhibition hall; does not include catering, access to the other conference sessions and Masterclass)
