An opportunity for your organisation to exclusively sponsor the conference lanyards. Each attendee will receive a lanyard with their name badge for use throughout the event, offering your brand consistent visibility across all days of the conference.

SPONSOR ENTITLEMENTS:

Acknowledgement

  • Organisation name and logo acknowledgement on all soft and hard copy marketing collateral. On all soft copy collateral, your logo will include a link to your website
  • Acknowledgement of sponsorship on the conference website and conference app
  • Organisation logo inclusion in all relevant conference holding slides

Marketing

  • Sponsor logo printed on each lanyard (Conference / FIA logo also included)
  • 1 x Satchel insert (to be provided by sponsor)

An exclusive opportunity for your organisation to sponsor the conference notebook, distributed to all delegates. Featuring essential conference information and the program for easy reference, the notebook offers strong brand visibility and ongoing exposure throughout the event.

The conference notebook will be printed in A5 size.
