• Organisation name associated with a keynote session (assigned on a first-in basis) and an opportunity for a four-minute presentation at that keynote session
• Organisation name and logo acknowledgement on all soft and hard copy marketing collateral. On all soft copy collateral, your logo will include a link to your website
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship on the conference website and conference app
• Sponsorship acknowledgment will always be given equal prominence to both Conference Partners
• Organisation logo inclusion in all relevant conference holding slides

Marketing

• 1 x Full-page advertisement in the conference notebook
• 1 x Satchel insert (to be provided by sponsor)
• 1 x Conference related article in one of the conference e-newsletters (publication timeline at FIA’s discretion)
• 1 x Push notification via the conference app (sponsor to provide content, to be approved by FIA; publication timeline at FIA’s discretion)

Exhibition

• 9x3m exhibition space – either shell scheme or floor space
• Early stand selection for the 2028 conference when committing to the same level of sponsorship

Registrations

• 8 x Conference registrations (excludes Masterclass)
• 1 x Masterclass registration*
• 8 x Exhibitor staff registrations (access limited to exhibition hall and catering only; does not include access to conference sessions or Masterclasses)
• 10 x Tickets to the Gala Awards Dinner (one table)
