Fi McPhee is a nonprofit leadership adviser, fundraising insights expert, and experienced board director. She has spent over 24 years working alongside leaders, boards and teams across the for-purpose sector in Australasia and internationally. She is the Co-Founder and Head of Insights at The Benchmarking Project, Australasia's foremost fundraising benchmarking and analytics programme, and works as a Consulting Director with Revolutionise, a global purpose-driven consultancy and leadership accelerator.

Fi has spent more than 15 years building Australasia's largest fundraising benchmarking and analytics programmes. Her insight into fundraising performance, key sector metrics and what genuinely drives sustainable revenue growth is unparalleled in the region and recognised internationally. She is on a mission to help boards and nonprofit leaders develop a more rigorous and appropriate understanding of the business of fundraising, including how to measure, govern and make decisions about fundraising investment with confidence.

Fi currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Breast Cancer Trials, the leading clinical trials research group across Australia and New Zealand, and as a Non-Executive Trustee of Family for Every Child, a global alliance of civil society organisations working to improve the lives of vulnerable children. She recently completed a nine-year term on the board of the Southern Lakes Arts Festival Trust.

Fi is a Fellow of Fundraising Institute New Zealand (FINZ), a Fellow of the Fundraising Institute Australia (FIA), accredited by the Marketing Association, and a former member of the FINZ Ethics Committee.
